Whilst undertaking works on an Option A Subcontract, how many tier's of subcontract are required?
For example, the main Contractor issues a subcontract to a supplier for goods and services, then the supplier creates a subcontract for their supplier, then the main contractor requests that the third tier subcontractor creates subcontracts for their suppliers.
Wouldn't we have a limitation on this, otherwise, this could would go on and on?
